Join us for a full-day workshop featuring master trainer, inspirational speaker, author, and life coach Dr. Valerie Mason-John. You will learn about mindful and kindful breathing space, awareness of triggers and thoughts, fears about mindfulness, ABC’s of mindfulness, and awareness of our Vicious Cycles. Mindfulness, in relation to mental health, teaches introspection and solidifies the link between body and mind. Mindfulness promotes interoceptive awareness and thereby is useful in emotion regulation and mental stability.
